Cattail canteen jug with stopper/water pitcher with corked lid made for Sears Roebuck And Co. by Universal Potteries, Cambridge, Ohio. Made between 1934-1956. The Cattail pattern was a simple white ground with red and black cattail design in the center. Holds 32 ounces. Measures 7" X 3". Excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs. Glaze crazing with a small pale yellow rub that can be seen in Photo #3. Spot may wash off with a touch of soap and water. I have not cleaned this item.
