This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  The deck is built to deal direct damage to your opponent in order to cast your commander and get massive discounts on powerful expensive creatures.  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  You have many "pingers" that ping each of your opponents for 1 damage allowing you to cast your commander and reducing the costs of your other creatures.  Colorless Creatures can have their costs reduced to 0 which is very powerful because it can sometimes allow you to dump a lot of your hand at once.
