Designer Notes:
Power up Sisay's power with other legendary creatures and equipment so you can get any shrine you want.  It'll sometimes be smarter to get certain legendary creatures instead of shrines with Sisay so be open to that idea.  Cards like Dance of the Manse will help you recover from having all your enchantments destroyed if that ends up happening.
