Overview
This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  The deck is built draw a bunch of cards with your commander in play to create a swarm of locust!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  The deck is full of cards that allow you to draw a bunch of cards with your Commander in play and mass a ton of tokens.  The Deck has a lot of other card draw payoffs besides your commander too.  Many cards also have Cycling so you can use them to trigger your Commander if you don't need the card.  Sage of the Falls creatures a very large number of tokens with your Commander (as many as you want until you deck out.)  If you get too close to decking use Clear the Mind to refresh your deck (you can also use it as graveyard hate by
targeting
your opponent.)
